We are pleased to present this opportunity to create functional and decorative glass pieces such as window hangings, coasters, small dishes, magnets and small sculptures. You will be using colored fused glass and recycled window glass. Open to all (elementary aged artists must be accompanied by a parent or guardian), no experience necessary, all equipment provided.
Our guest instructor is Terry Batte of Portland, Oregon. Terry has been working in fused glass for over 20 years. She managed a private glass studio for ten years, and she has had own studio and glass tile business for another ten years. This is a great opportunity to work with an industry expert!
This workshop consists of three 5-8PM classes plus a fourth to pick up completed items and discuss future projects. The first class starts on Monday, Jan 28.
The cost for this week long workshop is only $50 or $45 for current LAC members.
